The Farmhouse at Peoples Light in Malvern, PA is seeking experienced part-time Line and Prep Cooks.
The Farmhouse at Peoples Light includes a 1700s farmhouse, a modern 175-person ballroom, a hardwood-floored and cathedral-ceilinged indoor pavilion, and a revolutionary-era barn converted into a 350-seat theatre, all surrounded by our meticulously curated English gardens.
All proceeds made at The Farmhouse go to supporting our non-profit cultural and civic center, People’s Light.

Positions:

Compensation:
- $22.50 hourly
- $500-800 weekly take-home
- Paid bi-weekly

Schedule requirements:
- 25-40 hours per week (depending on events and restaurant days)
Language requirements:
- English
Experience:
- 2+ years of recent culinary experience in a similar role in a high-volume professional kitchen
- A la Carte and banquet experience
- Menu prep and design
- Quality plate production and flavor profiles
- Food safety knowledge
- ServeSafe certification required
- Ordering & receiving, inventory
- Staff training and motivation
