Northeast Family Services is a premier and rapidly growing mental health provider with over 20 years' experience providing in-person, in-home, and telehealth services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are seeking a professional and caring Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT) to join our growing Outpatient Telehealth Massachusetts team!   

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT) Outpatient Therapist will provide specialized services and care to our Telehealth patients in Massachusetts in accordance with NFS’ policies. Compensation:  

Fee for Service:

• $45/hour for MA Level
• $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• $65-$70/hour for independent license

Salary: 

Premiums paid for:

• Non-English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties       

TF-CBT Therapist Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required 
• TF-CBT Certification and at least 1 year of experience in related Trauma Focused care
• Clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (prior to start)
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
