Our client is seeking a dedicated and creative Textile Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the fashion industry and eager to contribute to a vibrant graphics department.
As a Textile Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the technical team in executing design intent from graphic and product designers. Your daily tasks will include sending artwork to overseas vendors, ensuring accurate execution of graphics, and tracking product readiness. You will also assist in creating spec packs for graphic development and communicating with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery for milestone meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of fabric and color development process
- Ensure accurate execution of graphics and design intent
- Track product readiness with overseas factories
- Create spec packs for graphic development
- Communicate with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery
Ideal candidates will have a Product/Graphic Design degree or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in the fashion industry, specifically in design or product development. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience in apparel graphics and product development will be highly regarded.
Our client's team values curiosity, positivity, and a team-driven mindset. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home. A company computer will be provided.
This role is a newly created position, reflecting the increasing workload and growth of our client's team. While we cannot guarantee a timeline for conversion, there is a possibility for this role to be extended or converted to a full-time position.
