Our client is looking for a test technician responsible for setup, executing, and debugging tests on our sensors and compute hardware. You will work cross-functionally to assist test engineers with manufacturing and testing hardware to ensure the high performance and reliability of assemblies that are installed on our vehicles.
We are detail-oriented to ensure our test plans are executed with high fidelity. We are collaborative and work together to tackle projects as a team. We are looking for motivated individuals who have experience with electrical subsystems, aren't afraid to challenge themselves, and are eager to learn.

- 6-8 years of experience with electro-mechanical assembly/test
- Experience reading electrical schematics and/or engineering drawings
- Experience assembling and repairing wiring harnesses

Responsibilities
- Test prototype and other assemblies with support from engineering & R&D
- Provide expert inputs during the prototype and production phases for AHMO assemblies
- Work closely with Engineers to ensure that assemblies have a high level of manufacturability
- Help build assemblies and perform final test
- Perform Failure Analysis and repair of assemblies as required
- Generate detailed Failure Analysis Reports as required
- Create and review test instructions and provide inputs for refinement and improvements.
- Maintain test equipment, including calibration and lab tools
- Assist in the design of automated test fixtures and related software
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete work assignments
- AA or higher in electrical/electronics/mechanical technology, or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience with electro-mechanical assembly/test
- Experience reading electrical schematics and/or engineering drawings
- Experience assembling and repairing wiring harnesses
- Experience with EE lab equipment (Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies, etc)
- Experience reworking PCBAs
- Shock, vibration, thermal, and IP test experience
- EMC test experience
- Automotive ECU test experience
- Familiarity with the Linux command line
- Scripting experience, especially troubleshooting Python scripts
