About the Job
- Investigative analysis by troubleshooting assemblies to identify root cause (where possible).
- Liaise with Complaint Handling group, Service, R&D and Software group on component failure analysis.
- Complete product analysis in a timely manner, prioritizing product analysis associated with death or serious injury complaints.
- Ensure the complaint handling system has been adequately and correctly populated with product analysis results.
- Participate in trend meetings as required.
- Conduct other quality related tasks/assignments as directed by Supervisor or manager.
- Follow all environmental, health & safety rules and procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and may require but not limited to vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience
- Strong technical background in electro-mechanical medical devices and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
- Ability to work as part of a team but also work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, communication and written skills
- Computer skills such as Word and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with engineering teams.
- Capable of managing and efficiently completing multiple priorities timely.
- Working knowledge of Quality System Requirements within the healthcare industry
