Job Title: Test Technician I(3rd Shift)
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 months
Location: North Haven, CT 06473
Shift: 3rd Shift

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support team by executing verification testing on test fixtures.
• Communicate test-related activities and results with team members.
• Perform gauge repeatability and reproducibility.
• Provide input to engineers to assist in developing test protocols and prototype builds.
• Perform mechanical and electrical testing to evaluate new and existing products.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, or equivalent field required.
• Solid understanding of technician fundamentals and proven hands-on mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with standard test equipment (force gauges, calipers, data loggers) preferred.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.

Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to cross-functional teams (quality, electronic, mechanical engineers).
• Analytical with strong problem-solving and creative resolution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to organize, prioritize workload, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to maintain clear project status.
• Strong interpersonal skills; works constructively and cooperatively with team members.
• Understanding of basic statistical analysis.
