TEST TECHNICIAN - Spherion

Responsibilities:
The Test Technician is responsible for performing electrical and mechanical testing on engineering prototypes and production samples to qualify aerospace interconnect products.
The role requires an excellent understanding of test procedures and the ability to operate and maintain test equipment efficiently.
Perform visual inspection of components and assemblies to ensure conformance to product standards.
Review and understand electrical and mechanical test procedures.
Operate and maintain test equipment effectively.
Collect and analyze test data accurately.
Collaborate with engineers and third-party test labs to execute test programs on schedule.
Implement changes to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and safety of test procedures.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Knowledge of industry test standards (e.g., EIA, MIL-STD).
Experience with general electrical test equipment such as power supplies and multimeters.
Experience with soldering and wiring.
Previous experience in an aerospace testing and quality environment.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a test lab environment.
Start time varies between 5:00 am and 7:00 am. Availability on weekends is required.
