Oversee the start-up and or management of an existing project. Supervises planning and coordination of project activities inclusive of staffing, training, performance management, and customer relations to ensure all aspects of project expectations are achieved.
Job Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a single project, including the leadership and proper manpower utilization of field technicians and support staff
- Promotes health and safety awareness and education to employees and works to identify and minimize workplace hazards.
- Interacts with internal and external clients to deliver optimal performance with systems and processes in place.
- Ability to understand the scope of work, and estimate the time involved in the creation and maintenance of the daily schedule.
- Manages work delays, emergencies, and other disruptions to work schedules.
- Manage and monitor operating and budgetary metrics while diagnosing and improving procedures to improve operational efficiency, and budget compliance and increase customer service performance.
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with client contacts, back office operations, and our employees daily
- Assigns work to Supervisors and Field technicians as necessary
- Manages staff selection, development, and retention on projects.
- Participate in weekly or bi-weekly individual production meetings to review job status, and coordinate draws/invoices, budgets, schedules, etc.
- Ensure all employees follow safety guidelines and oversee the quality of work performed.
- Follows organizational policies and procedures and ensures staff compliance
