Test & Evaluation Engineer at The Fountain Group

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­Berkeley, MO. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• $70-$100/HR to start!
• 1 year assignment (with potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget).
• Main responsibilities include:
  • Supports the development and verification of test methods.
  • Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan.
  • Designs test hardware, software, and systems to achieve test requirements.
  • Analyzes, processes, and formats data to customer requirements.
  • Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer.
  • Prepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements.
  • Presents test results internally.
  • Design test systems to meet test requirements.
  • Provide functional verification and validation of all instrumentation systems prior to test phase.
• Shift: 8am-5pm (M-F)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in STEM field required.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering classification is required.
• Aerospace or Military background is strongly preferred.
