PAY RANGE: $43.00 - $53.54/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manufacturing operations is responsible for building and manufacturing components that are critical parts of the Robotaxi. Compute Test technicians help in running manufacturing tests on a range of products such as PCIe sub-assemblies, advanced server-grade computers and the full compute suite used in our test vehicles. Typical duties include supporting production by running testing scripts, debugging and updating documentation. Test technicians also help in finding gaps and using their expertise to suggest improvements. We are looking for motivated individuals who have experience with electrical subsystems, aren't afraid to challenge themselves and are eager to learn.

- AA or higher in electrical/electronics/mechanical technology, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in PC manufacturing
- Experience reading electrical schematics and/or engineering drawings

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Test prototype and other assemblies with support from engineering & R&D
- Provide expert inputs during the prototype and production phases for AHMO assemblies
- Help build assemblies and perform final test
- Perform Failure Analysis and repair of assemblies as required
- Create and review test instructions and provide inputs for refinement and improvements.
- Maintain test equipment, including calibration and lab tools
- Assist in the automation of test fixtures and related software
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete work assignments
- AA or higher in electrical/electronics/mechanical technology, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in PC manufacturing
- Experience reading electrical schematics and/or engineering drawings
- Experience manufacturing computing machines such as PCs and servers including assembly of sub-components such as GPUs
- Familiarity with the Linux command line, remote access in a linux environment
- Experience with EE lab equipment (Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies, etc)
- Experience with computer manufacturing, including concepts such as BIOS
- Knowledge of server hardware and concepts such as BMC, license activation, etc
