TEST TECHNICIAN/ENGINEER (Salaried and Full Time)
Job Description
We have multiple full-time opportunities in our PA facility (commute region consists of Baltimore, Harrisburg, and or Philly) for a Test Technician. This is a key member of our manufacturing team that will be technically responsible to assemble, test and troubleshoot equipment onsite and or occasionally at a customer's facility.
The ideal candidate will be process oriented, have outstanding attention to detail, a strong work ethic, good command of high voltage electrical apparatus and work safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Test, troubleshoot, and build/repair production and or power supply equipment
• Reading of drawings, electric/electronics diagrams and technical documentation
• Test specifications, schematics and instructions
• Debug circuitry down to component level
• Document procedures/maintains production data as required
• Ability to use common testing equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum
Analyzers, Multi-meters, Power Supplies, Waveform Generators, etc.
• Performs test programs; inspect and characterize products
• Assist Product Engineer(s)
• Product troubleshooting and defect analysis
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Promote and encourage understanding and use of the ISO 9001 based Quality
Management System
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree in Electronics plus one year’s relevant experience in a manufacturing environment and or military is acceptable and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings including blueprints and
schematics. Ability to analyze high voltage issues and apply proper troubleshooting
techniques and effect repairs on equipment using appropriate testing techniques and
test equipment. Electrical equipment assembly and repair experience is a must.
