My client is a global leader within the personal health and skincare industry. They are seeking to hire a Territory Sales Rep responsible for promoting product growth within existing accounts and by prospecting for new business, managing leads and closing sales. The Territory Sales Rep will manage an entire sales cycle and create sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
- New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call
- Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies
- Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
- Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
- Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts
- Manage and nurture accounts; take orders, provide education/training and make recommendations
- Keep well-informed of available products, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition
- Attend events and conferences; support client promotions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 3-4+ years of Skincare Sales, Aesthetics Sales experience
- Experience with buy and bill
- Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
- Ability to travel within territory as needed (5 boroughs)
Offering:
- Base Salary $75,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ plan $155,000 – $165,000
- Uncapped Commissions
- Travel and entertainment expense account
- Car Allowance
