You Will
As a Territory Sales Representative at our company, you will play a pivotal role in executing established business growth strategies and objectives to drive volume through both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Generating new revenue sales by targeting specific zip codes, prospecting, and acquiring new business, particularly in underserved areas, through face-to-face interactions with small to mid-size local businesses.
Increasing profitability within the existing customer base.
Creating and adhering to weekly sales routes/plans to optimize district efficiencies, ensuring at least 50 retailer visits per week.
Delivering compelling product presentations by showcasing our industry-leading suite of products and money transfer services.
Strengthening current Agent relationships by consistently exceeding expectations through regular sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and offering innovative solutions.
Proactively managing all prospect data in the CRM system.
Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities to maximize product offerings and profitability.
Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators, including sales call activity, wire sales targets, agent activation targets, and gross margin sales targets.
You Have
Fluency in Spanish is essential.
A minimum of 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience.
Experience within retail networks, preferably supermarkets, and/or the Money Transfer trade. Similar experiences such as prepaid card services experience may also be considered based on your background and network.
Multicultural experience, with preference given to familiarity with Mexico and Guatemala.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Access to your own vehicle and car insurance, as this role will involve driving 50-90% of the time.

You Will
