With over three decades of experience, we take pride in our integrity-driven approach and are currently seeking an enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This remote position covers the vibrant Southern California/Nevada region, including areas such as San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, Imperial, and the southern counties of Nevada.
Your Role:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for dealers within the assigned territories. Your responsibilities will include presenting our product line, closing sales, securing orders, providing training to road and store personnel, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Opportunities You'll Have:
Travel within the assigned territories to foster relationships with new and existing customers.
Work remotely from your home office while spending approximately 75% of your time on the road visiting clients.
Attend occasional meetings at our headquarters, typically 3 to 4 times a year.
Regularly engage with accounts, ensuring their needs are met and supporting them with merchandising and product knowledge.
Conduct grassroots business development, targeting schools, leagues, and local sports organizations to promote our brand through our network of dealers.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant team sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing and sporting goods industry.
Proven track record of success in a high-volume, customer-oriented environment.
Residency within the assigned territory.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business principles.
Mathematical aptitude and organizational skills.
