Job Summary: As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and foster strong customer relationships. This remote position supports markets across the West Coast territory, offering flexibility while necessitating travel of 50% or more throughout the region. We highly value applicants based in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, or Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively develop and secure a pipeline of new opportunities through various channels.
Create customized branding packages for customers, oversee contract negotiations, and assist in determining relevant offers.
Collaborate closely with customers to ensure their marketing strategy remains competitive and aligned with their goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Utilize internal resources effectively by maintaining daily communication and providing timely reports.
Actively listen to customer feedback and advocate for prompt issue resolution.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of outside sales experience required; Experience in the oil & gas industry preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned market to meet with customers.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
