Role Overview:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing market presence within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with customers. This remote position supports markets across the West Coast territory, with significant travel requirements (approximately 50% or more) throughout the region. Candidates based in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, or Oregon are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and secure a robust pipeline of new opportunities through various channels.
Create customized branding packages for customers, oversee contract negotiations, and contribute to the development of relevant offers.
Collaborate closely with customers to ensure their marketing strategies remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
Utilize internal resources efficiently by maintaining regular communication and providing timely reports.
Actively listen to customer feedback and advocate for prompt issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of proven success in outside sales; experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned market to meet with customers.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
