Territory Sales Manager

What You’ll Do
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll take charge of a full-cycle sales process, from lead generation to customer satisfaction. Your mission will be to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and strategically grow accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project specifications, interpret drawings, and prepare quotes using Metal Building Software.
- Support clients at every stage—from initial contact through post-order service—ensuring smooth contract processing and approval workflows.
- Resolve customer concerns by analyzing problems, offering innovative solutions, and preparing recommendations to improve processes.
- Meet and exceed sales and profit goals, contributing to both individual and team success.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in territory sales, construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to master a variety of software tools.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills to foster collaboration and build trust.
