Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with customers, identifying their needs and addressing their concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Manage and oversee packaging and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and define strategies to increase market share.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, using data to influence future sales strategies.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the packaging and distribution industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing practical solutions.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
