Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Territory Manager, you will:
Take ownership of maximizing sales and ensuring market penetration with existing accounts while actively pursuing new customers and opportunities.
Specify most product lines in the Healthcare and Spaces markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architecture and design firms, gaining recognition as an industry resource and product expert.
Participate in appointments and presentations with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users.
Cover a territory that includes Southeastern Florida
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Reside near the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area.
Be passionate about selling high-quality, value-driven products.
Thrive in a collaborative environment working for a world-class manufacturer.
Be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and an ability to build interpersonal relationships.
Possess a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate excellent presentation and computer skills.
Have prior outside sales experience in construction or building products, specifically calling on architects and designers.
Be bilingual (preferred).

What You Need to Succeed: 5+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, specifically calling on architects and designers for commercial projects. Bachelor’s degree with exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Self-starter attitude, based near Fort Lauderdale/Miami (bilingual skills preferred).
