Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in an assigned area. This role involves promoting, selling, and servicing agricultural products while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the agricultural and specialty chemical industries.
Territory Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell agricultural and specialty chemical products to new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute structured sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring clear communication on pricing, terms, and product availability.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and participate in customer-focused activities such as field days and open houses.
Territory Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in agricultural or specialty chemical sales and marketing.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting (up to 60 lbs.).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
