The Role: We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager with a focus on the chemical and petrochemical sectors. This role is pivotal in promoting and selling Bray's chemical products, building enduring customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within specified territories. Your expertise will help identify new business opportunities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities within the chemical industry.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer requirements.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits and applications of Bray's valve products.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to refine product offerings and promotions.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecast future sales, and set sales targets in alignment with Bray's strategic goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. A High School diploma is required.
- Proven experience in chemical valve sales or a closely related field.
- A strong understanding of chemical products and their applications.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the specified territories, including short overnight stays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid Driver's License and personal automobile available for sales and service calls, adhering to Bray’s Drivers Policy.
- Must pass a credit check as part of the background investigation.
