Position: Territory Sales Associate (TSA)
Location: Remote (Field-Based in NYC)
Position Summary:
Are you ready to make a tangible impact in the medical sales industry? As a Territory Sales Associate (TSA), you’ll serve as the driving force behind our sales initiatives, working remotely within your designated geography. This role blends product expertise, clinical application insights, and case support to deliver unparalleled value to our customers. You’ll conduct impactful presentations, facilitate hands-on product demonstrations, and foster lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Leveraging your expertise and company resources, you’ll play a critical role in maximizing revenue and expanding our market presence.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Drive revenue growth across capital and extended service sales within your assigned U.S. territory.
+ Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships to achieve deep account penetration and identify new target accounts.
+ Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value and drive adoption.
+ Strategically analyze and plan your territory to exceed revenue goals.
+ Maintain accurate sales records and input data into the CRM system.
+ Collaborate with marketing to provide competitive intelligence and recommend product enhancements.
+ Stay informed about market trends, new product launches, and advancements in our portfolio.
+ Ensure timely and accurate processing of product complaints in line with company procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
+ 2+ years of proven success in outside sales, ideally within the medical industry.
+ Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
+ Experience introducing innovative products or concepts to the market.
+ A self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and ambition.
+ Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
+ Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
+ A collaborative team player who values shared success.
+ Willingness to travel up to 75%.
