This position pays $20 hourly plus weekly bonus and commission. This is a full-time position, with growth opportunities available!
THE ROLE – What You’ll Be Doing
- Travel to various assigned neighborhoods within Brooklyn and visit roughly 150 residences on average.
- Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads in assigned territory.
- Work independently and with a team.
- Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
- Do a few daily check-ins with management throughout the week.
- On occasion, report to the Farmingdale office to meet with managers and team.
- High Energy/Outgoing Personality
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a PLUS, but not required!
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude through rejection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking skills
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid drivers license
- $20/hr base salary + Uncapped commission (on average $50,000-$60,000 a year)

- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm November-March, 11am-7pm April-October
