Territory Manager - Career Search International

I have an exciting Territory Manager opportunity in your area with a company expanding its direct outside sales force over the last 3 years. This company has excellent leadership, and they offer a minimally-invasive surgical approach for the treatment of chronic pain! This device is gaining momentum and several aspects of this technology have zero competition.

$215-$225k first year - includes $90K-$100k base salary range. The second-year expectation is $250K-$300k+

Responsibilities

• Interpret sales and marketing data and determine effective sales strategies
• Educate both consumers and colleagues about the product
• Forecast and set goals for sales teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with business to business sales and business to customer sales
• Strong management, time management and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced working environment
