Company: A leading full-service dental lab specializing in Crown & Bridge, Implants, Restorations, Partials, Clear Aligners and Orthodontic Appliances; committed to providing the highest standard of quality for restorative and aesthetic dental prosthesis.

Territory: Phoenix / Tucson

Description:

• Maintain, present, promote, and sell dental prosthetics to existing and prospective customers
• Call on and convert company provided customer leads and generate new leads through prospecting and cold calling
• Maintain a high level of customer service and coordinate with the lab to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quotas
• Coordinate sales efforts with sales team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer transitioning and satisfaction
• Use CRM and case management software to report on sales activities, pipelines, customer needs, issues, and potential opportunities
• Continuously improve through feedback and training

Requirements:

• Dental, Medical or B2B sales experience
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record
• Excellent selling / closing, negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills
• Efficient in territory planning and time management
• Ability to create and deliver custom sales presentations
• Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation: $60 - 70k base, 110k - 120k OTE uncapped + car allowance, 401K, full benefits
