Bluewind Medical is an innovative medical device company that aims to transform neuromodulation therapy for urge urinary incontinence (UUI). BlueWind Medical has successfully completed several clinical studies with excellent results and is focused on bringing its implantable tibial neuromodulation system for the treatment of urge urinary incontinence to the market.
Responsibilities
- Introduce and promote a disruptive neuromodulation technology that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry, specifically the treatment of urge incontinence
- Develop and drive a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales quota by driving adoption
- Perform commercial site assessments, site selection, and site development to establish champion accounts and physician loyalists
- Navigate health system value analysis processes and work with Sales Operations team to complete contract negotiations
- Partner with physicians and their staff to drive adoption by enhancing patient flow activities with the help of marketing tools, community outreach programs, and education
- Work with stakeholders in hospitals, health systems, and surgery centers to ensure access and payment for BlueWind products
- Ensure commercial sites follow required training protocols, follow patient selection guidelines, and follow recommended implant techniques
- Provides procedural and technical support of clinical activities and clinical expertise
- Assist clinicians in programming and patient follow up
- Provide educational support to clinical and administrative staff, and patients
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study. Advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience sales and marketing in the med-tech field.
- At least 2 years experience in supporting surgical procedures in an operating room.
- Prior experience in the Urology, Urogynecology or Neuromodulation space is highly preferred.
- Experience in territory development and therapy awareness is highly preferred.

- Languages: fluent in English. Other languages: advantage
- Excellent relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and strong strategic planning and prioritization skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM programs
- Ability to travel 50%
