We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Territory Manager to join our dynamic team in the building & construction materials industry. This role is vital in generating revenue and achieving the company's sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific territory, developing new business relationships, and maintaining existing ones. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional who has a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly in RMX concrete, concrete & aggregates, paving, and civil contracting.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the designated territory to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
2. Generate leads and convert them into sales by employing effective sales strategies.
3. Engage in cold calling and prospecting to expand the customer base.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
5. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable products or services.
6. Implement effective account management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management.
8. Stay updated with latest industry trends and competitor activities.
9. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in territory sales, particularly in the construction industry.
3. Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
4. Solid experience in cold calling, prospecting, and outside sales.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of RMX concrete, concrete & aggregates, aggregates, paving, and civil contracting.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
8. Strong organizational and planning skills.
9. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
10. Ability to travel as needed.
