Position Overview
As a Retail Territory Manager at Ulrich, you will support a team of Sales and Marketing Professionals in a Retail Store environment that are fully dedicated to help customers live more memorable lives by designing solutions that exceed their expectations. In this role, you will oversee the individual contributors performance, you will coach and train all team members and will assure that our customers experience our Ulrich Proven Process on every interaction. Your leadership and passion to serve others, will drive growth and profitability for the Territory you have been entrusted with and the team that you will manage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annualized base pay can range from $75-85k depending on experience

Work Location & Hours
- All Ulrich's Retail Store within the Texas territory
- This is not a remote working position
- Work hours will vary Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. Various Saturdays are required in order to support your team. All stores are closed on Sunday.
Primary Job Roles
- Sells lifestyle structures implementing nationwide sales plans and the Ulrich Sales Process
- Supervises the operation at the territory retail stores.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly and annual sales quotas for territory and projecting expected sales volumes for existing and new products.
- Implements territory sales programs by developing digital and field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking performance, activity, store traffic and conversion rates.
- Completes territory sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Maintains territory staff job results by counseling and correcting behavior in employees.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
Skills & Abilities
- Must be punctual, have a positive attitude, and have a personal drive to exceed goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to listen, understand, and ask probing questions
- 5+ years of selling experience
- Must be persuasive and comfortable asking for the sale
- Highly coachable, able to learn quickly, and retain knowledge
- Must be tech-savvy and have computer skills (able to type quickly and navigate efficiently)
- Attention to detail and process requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Time management and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- CRM experience - HubSpot preferred
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
