While experience in sales, especially within the real estate industry, is a plus, we're also open to candidates who may be new to the field but are eager to learn and ready to work hard. This fully remote position offers a competitive commission structure, with the potential to earn 30% on each sale. We'll cover all expenses related to events, travel, and more, so you can focus on what you do best - selling and building relationships.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of successful sales experience, with a track record of being a top performer.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining focus on goals and meeting deadlines.
- A positive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driver's license.
- A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals in your territory.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and effectively evaluate them.
- Conduct sales presentations, both in person and virtually.
- Manage your CRM dashboard daily to track activity and progress.
- Travel within your assigned territory to visit offices and attend networking functions.
- Educate prospects on our products and services, emphasizing solutions to their needs.
- Manage your sales cycle from start to finish, ensuring a positive customer experience.
