Title: API Developer (Terraform Developer)
Location: Detroit, MI / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Terraform Developer; the right candidate will be proficient in back-end development and working within cultures that are collaborative, innovative, and take initiative. They should thrive in responsible, SCRUM processes, constantly striving toward successful delivery throughout the development process.

We are looking for a Terraform Developer; the right candidate will be proficient in back-end development and working within cultures that are collaborative, innovative, and take initiative. They should thrive in responsible, SCRUM processes, constantly striving toward successful delivery throughout the development process.
Position Requirements:
- Expert-level knowledge of GraphQL in TypeScript
- Expert-level knowledge of Node.js and server-side web application development / frameworks (e.g. Express)
- Expert-level knowledge of Git, GitLab, and Terraform, as applied to AWS
- Expert-level knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Expert-level knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework (React, React Native, etc.)
- Expert-level knowledge of 508 Compliance / Web Accessibility
- Expert-level experience creating performance optimized websites
- Expert-level experience with CSS preprocessors and patterns, including SCSS & OOCSS
- Experience building web applications using AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS, Elasticache, etc.)
- Experience writing custom Grunt or Gulp tasks
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL Data Stores
- Knowledge of JavaScript Testing Frameworks, such as Jest
- Knowledge of GraphQL in a federated schema with Yoga or Mesh
- Ability to work well in a team environment, communicating ideas and best practices to junior developers
- Ability to collaborate with wide groups on standards and best practices
- Ability to work in an Agile operating model
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
