Tennis Concierge - The Breakers Palm Beach

We are looking for a Tennis Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will work as a golf and tennis concierge, including inside and outside operations, while also serving as a sales associate for retail merchandise in the Sports Pro Shop. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and have some knowledge of golf and tennis. This position requires the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guests by name, anticipating their needs, and offering assistance.
- Assist in daily cleaning and restocking of tennis courts as needed. Manage inventory, restock shelves/fridges both inside and outside on courts, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Schedule and book all court times, clinics, and private lessons.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for Tennis operations.
- Utilize POS systems effectively.
- Handle telephone inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance at all times.
- Stay informed about the retail merchandise available for sale and the services offered at our location.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of golf and tennis is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn about the products and services offered at our location.
