This includes thermostatic control valves, air intake shutoff valves for diesel engines, gas fuel control products, etc. A significant portion of AMOT's products are provided to major engine, turbine and compressor OEM's, packagers and dealers.

Summary:
The temporary Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for US and Canada recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding of new talent within the AMOT organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for partnering with managers to obtain job description requirements for all openings.
- Post positions on careers website utilizing UKG Recruitment Module.
- Sources and recruits talent according to manager and business requirements.
- Coordinates candidate screening, scheduling, and interviewing and conducts reference checks.
- Generates offer letters and initiates onboarding paperwork within UKG onboarding module.
- Assists managers, employees, and job applicants on staffing procedures.
- Coordinates candidate travel and on-site interviews.
- Follows legal regulations for recruitment process and interviewing.
- Maintains communication with hiring managers to assure their satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Supports standardized use of the employment brand.
- Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Adheres to policies in regards to use of external agency staffing firms.
- Conducts both target sourcing campaigns to support the HR Manager and full cycle recruiting for positions on which he/she has key responsibility.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and organize work areas for efficiency and safety.
- Provides status reports to management as required.
- Responds to change productively and handles other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent years of experience (2-4)
- Experience in internal or external staffing organization or HR administrative experience with recruitment responsibility required
