Temporary, Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (North County, San Diego). - Housecall Doctors Medical Group.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for part-time Medicare Wellness Visits in the San Marcos area. This 11-month contract role involves working 3 days a week (24 hours total) in partner clinics and occasional home visits. Responsibilities include performing wellness visits, reviewing patient histories, providing health education, and utilizing our EMR system for documentation. Candidates must have a valid NP or PA license in California, at least 2 years of primary care experience, and knowledge of HCC coding. Spanish proficiency is preferred. Pay ranges from $75.00 to $90.00 per hour, with paid malpractice insurance and a commitment to work-life balance.
