HumanHire is partnered with a global Investment Firm to find a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their growing team in NYC!
The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting their executive teams and other EA's by managing all aspects of expense reporting and travel arrangements.
This will be a 6 month temporary assignment. We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of EA or expense reporting experience.
What we offer:
- Pay: $35-40/hour, weekly pay
- Location: New York, NY
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities:
- Manage expense reporting processes via Concur
- Assist Executive Assistants with expense processing & reporting
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of expense reporting and travel arrangement experience required
- Experience within a financial services firm preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Concur experience
