Temporary Executive Assistant from HumanHire

HumanHire is partnered with one of the world's largest asset management firms in search of a Temporary Executive Assistant for their office in Nashville, TN.

This is a 2-3 month temporary assignment that has the potential to go permanent!

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of EA experience supporting an executive team within financial services.

What we offer:

• Position: Temporary Executive Assistant
• Location: Nashville, TN
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (fully onsite)
• Pay: $35-40/hour, weekly pay + OT

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, handling visas/passports, transportation, hotels, reservations, itineraries, and trip packets
• Act as a gatekeeper and handle written & verbal communications on behalf of executives
• Manage expense reporting via Concur
• Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed and handle other administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements:

• 3+ years of EA experience supporting an executive team required, financial services experience highly preferred
• Concur experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
