Temporary Executive Assistant from HumanHire

HumanHire is partnered with one of the largest asset management firms in the world with over $500B AUM to help find a Temporary Executive Assistant for their office in Miami, FL.

This is a temporary assignment that will last 6-8 months and can start as early as Monday, 5/13!

We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of EA experience within professional or financial services supporting an executive or executive team.

What we offer:

• Position: Temporary Executive Assistant
• Location: Miami, FL
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH!)
• Pay: Up to $40/hour, weekly pay
• Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple complex schedules & calendars by coordinating and scheduling time sensitive meetings & conferences
• Act as a gatekeeper and handle written & verbal correspondences on behalf of executives, communicating & liaising with both internal and external team members
• Coordinate domestic & international travel arrangements and process expenses via Concur
• Assist with special projects and handle other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of EA experience supporting an executive/executive team within financial/professional services required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Concur experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
