Temporary Executive Assistant at Beacon Hill

Our client, a medical center located in Lawrence, MA, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our Senior Executive team, with primary focus on the President/CEO, for an estimated 4-6 week period. This position will handle a variety of tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, assisting with MS Office and project work, and supporting general administrative duties as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role. This is an on-site position compensating up to $40 per hour depending on level of experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain calendars for the President/CEO and other senior executives
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
• Process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Support project work using MS Office
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed beyond traditional EA duties
• Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders
