Our client is a leader of all food! We are a team committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation and organization. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Temporary Executive Assistant:
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for executives. Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Temporary Executive Assistant:
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
