Temporary Customer Service Representative - Up to 23/hr! at Beacon Hill

Our client in Financial Services is seeking a Temporary Customer ServiceRepresentative to join their team for a long-term project. We are seeking an individual to provide excellent customer service and respond efficiently to customer inquiries relating to our client's products and services.

About You:

• High School Diploma and some college preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a call center is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding and ability to perform basic math functions.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the leasing industry is desired, but not required.

About the Job:

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
• Proactively reach out to customers via phone or email to promote and enroll them in the client's products and services.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain accounts and support maintenance journal requests.
• Respond to incoming customer calls and process address changes.
• Manage requests for documentation and fee waivers.
• Handle insurance cancellation requests and payments over the phone.
• Process requests from third party consultants.
• Complete client requests and process client documentation as required.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your experience with a highly respected financial services firm. The position is expected to last at least three months, with a strong likelihood of extension. Compensation is up to $23/hour, depending on experience.
