About the Job
Our client in Financial Services is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join their team for a long-term project. We are seeking an individual to provide excellent customer service and respond efficiently to customer inquiries relating to our client's products and services.
About You:
- High School Diploma and some college preferred.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Experience in a call center is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding and ability to perform basic math functions.
- Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the leasing industry is desired, but not required.
About the Job:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
- Proactively reach out to customers via phone or email to promote and enroll them in the client's products and services.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain accounts and support maintenance journal requests.
- Respond to incoming customer calls and process address changes.
- Manage requests for documentation and fee waivers.
- Handle insurance cancellation requests and payments over the phone.
- Process requests from third party consultants.
- Complete client requests and process client documentation as required.
This position provides a valuable opportunity to grow your experience with a well-respected Financial Services firm. The position is anticipated to last at least until the of 2024 with a strong likelihood of extension into the new year. The position is paying up to $23.15/hr depending on experience.
