Job Title: Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

General Purpose: Represent and communicate the Kate Spade brand and lifestyle to customers through sales competency, product expertise, and by providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Engage customers and provide exceptional service.

Achieve sales goals and maintain product knowledge.

Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous retail experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Passion for the Kate Spade brand and lifestyle.
