Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Position Purpose: The individual in this position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with achieving and/or exceeding the store's sales plan, ensuring profitable store operations, and providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales strategies.
• Assist in training and supervising store staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience, with leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
