- Pay - $26.00-$28.00/hr. depending upon skills and experience related to the role

Position Details:As a Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting IMT’s Recruiting department. Your primary responsibility will be assisting with recruiting-related reports, analytics, and various administrative tasks as needed. An analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and solid administrative skills will help you succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities to assess recruitment metrics, identify trends, and help optimize recruitment strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage monthly recruiting reports.
- Facilitate assessment calls for open positions as needed.
- Maintain information in the iCIMS applicant tracking system.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly recruiting reports while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Audit and review candidate employment applications and resumes
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team on special projects to further develop and streamline recruiting processes and tools.
Please apply if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint (must be proficient in VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Excel chart design, etc.).
- A positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Availability to travel as needed for recruitment events and meetings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with recruiting software or applicant tracking systems; iCIMS is a plus.
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
