TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
About the Role:
Arbour Counseling Services is looking for a Part Time Temporary (up to 6 months) Administrative Assistant to join our Outpatient team in Worcester, MA! This is a Part Time 25 hours per week role from 9:00am-2:00pm Monday - Friday to cover an employee on leave. This candidate will perform secretarial and administrative support services. Arbour provides a warm, encouraging work environment and strives to offer compassionate and innovative care to all those we serve.
This is an on-site (non-remote) position
Essential Responsibilities:- Prepare clients charts that have been requested, both into office and out of office
- Distributes meeting agenda and minutes
- Schedules and coordinate client visits
- Collect copayments
- Process billing sheets
- Prior authorization
- Duties as needed to help facilitate need of the office

Qualifications- 1 year of healthcare administration experience required
- Associates Degree or Certificate preferred
- Ability to reliably commute to work
- Should be detail oriented and have experience within the customer service industry
- Excited to play their part to help ACS continue to provide comprehensive outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults
- Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
- Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test as well as other pre-employment documentation
