You'll provide phone relief at the front desk for daily breaks, lunch, and other times as needed throughout the day. Distribute all incoming mail each morning after it is opened and process outgoing mail each afternoon. Monitor the postage meter and maintain adequate postage, track postage and item count by department. Scan Vendor Payables as well as Agency & Direct Bill Statements. Send out any FedEx packages from other departments. May assist with office supplies, reordering, and restocking. **You're great at:** Ideally, you'll be a self-starter, and possess at least **1 years** of professional business office experience. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to foster and maintain strong positive relationships ion a team environment. Have a proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make appropriate decisions.
