Position Title: Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
Location: San Angelo, TX
Duration: Temporary assignment through March 28, 2025
Pay: $15.38/hr
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general office duties, clerical tasks, and assisting with applicant processing. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in an office setting while contributing to the smooth operations of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
Assist with processing applications and communicating with applicants.
Maintain and update applicant records and other office files.
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
Prepare and send out correspondence to applicants or team members.
Other clerical tasks and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist where needed.
Pay Details: $15.38 per hour
