summary Now Hiring a Part Time Temporary Admin Assistant in Everett, WA! Part Time admin schedule: Monday through Thursday 9am-3:30pm Pay: $20 per hour Temporary Duration: October-December 31st General Part Time Temporary Admin Duties: Backup Reception by answering phones for breaks and lunch. Separating and stuffing/ mailing A/P checks weekly. Printing, separating, and mailing or scanning & emailing invoices daily. Paper filing of invoices and accounts payable bills. Scanning and electronically filing documents. Assisting with projects preparing for our new ERP system Job requirements: English as the primary language, professional manner of speaking. Must be able to dress themselves in a business casual wardrobe. Highly organized. Detail oriented. Good command of computer skills in scanning, creating Electronic files and using Excel.
