Addison Group is seeking a Temporary Receptionist on behalf of our client. These assignments vary in duration, ranging from 1 day to 6 months or longer, providing flexibility and the chance to gain diverse experience.
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and adaptable receptionist to assist with front desk operations. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression while ensuring efficient daily office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and assist with inquiries.
- Manage phone lines, including transferring calls and relaying accurate messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as package deliveries.
- Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with team members to complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional training or education is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual is a plus!
