Job Title: LPN/LVN - Clinic
Location: Pittsfield, MA, 01201
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Details:
Demonstrated ability to perform diverse clinical skills under the direction of a registered nurse.
Knowledge of nursing principles and community health practices.
Demonstrated history of strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Active and valid driver's license and willing to go offsite.
Immunization reviews.
Compiles information for reporting to various committees.
Responsible for adherence of Respiratory program.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Ability to drive an automobile in inclement weather.
Requirements:
5 years current clinical experience required
2 years Occupational Health experience required
Certifications Requirement:
Must be a Certified Breath Alcohol (BAT)-Non Negotiable.
BLS (AHA).
DOT Certification for Drug Screening Required.
Stete License Requirements:
Massachusetts
