Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temp Key Account Manager to oversee the complete business cycle from inception to execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring the smooth operation of major accounts. This role is critical in executing plans, understanding market complexities, and managing relationships with key retail buyers.
Responsibilities of the Temp Key Account Manager:
- Account Management: Manage end-to-end business operations, ensuring alignment with P&L objectives and adherence to sales forecasts.
- Sales Trend Analysis: Monitor and interpret sales trends to adjust forecasts accordingly, ensuring accurate predictions and inventory management.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to coordinate efforts, maintain open communication, and ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Retail Account Support: Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers for major accounts.
- Forecast Management: Understand and manage forecasts, making adjustments based on promotional activities, market trends, and sales data.
- Execution and Organization: Execute plans efficiently, maintaining a high level of organization and staying on top of all tasks and deadlines.
- Communication: Clearly communicate plans, updates, and issues to internal teams and external partners, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications for the Temp Key Account Manager:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and sales forecasting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams and external partners.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with retail buyers and understanding the complexities of retail operations.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account management and sales forecasting.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
